QA Engineer
Location: UAE
We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) engineer to ensure product quality. QA engineer responsibilities include designing and executing tests. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts.)
The QA technician role plays an important part in our company’s product development process. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs while being cost-effective. If you hold an engineering background and enjoy providing end-to-end solutions to software quality problems, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you should monitor all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test documentation
- Hands-on experience with both gray box and black box testing
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools

Software Engineer
Location: UAE
As a Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain internal and external applications for the company. Your day-to-day responsibilities will depend on the project on which you work. You are required to ensure the applications remain scalable while complying with performance and security standards within the organization.
- Research, design, implement, and manage software applications, services, APIs, databases.
- Create and perfect the application architecture with a focus on reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Integrate software components and third-party systems.
- Identify areas for modification in existing applications and subsequently develop these modifications.
- Write and implement efficient code.
- Provide estimates, WBS, and timelines and contribute to team meetings.
- Verify and deploy applications and systems.

DevOps Engineer
Location: UAE
DevOps Engineer is an individual contributor role on a dynamic and growing team chartered with implementing DevOps for automation, deployment, and continuous monitoring of Finflow360’s SaaS and Cloud offerings. We seek an individual contributor with extensive experience in infrastructure as code and automated deployments to provide experienced guidance to Finflow360as we accelerate our on-premises/cloud/SaaS offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Preferably 2 – 4 years experience in DevOps Engineer
- Good spoken/written English
- Experience in administering cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google cloud platform
- Experience in administering OS and understanding the principles of building fault-tolerant systems (Windows and Linux/Unix administration)
- Experience working with High Load, High Availability systems
- Strong experience with automation/configuration management using Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet, Chef or equivalent
- Strong experience with infrastructure as code tools such as AWS Cloudformation, Terraform or equivalent

Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

- At least 4 years of experience in managing technology/online/business projects in a professional environment involving multiple stakeholders

The Business Process Automation Analyst / Business Systems Analysts (Intelligent Process Automation) will be gathering project requirements as well as creating, designing, developing, and participating in the successful implementation of intelligent business process automation systems. You will also be required to create detailed process documentation and assure the quality of automation. You will develop workflows and decision flows with a business-oriented decision management framework for business processes configuration using drag&drop interface.
